Palm Sunday
Begin Holy Week with us as we worship together on Palm Sunday. Pastor Aaron Perry will share another message from God’s Word in our current series, “Walk This Way.” Worship services are held at 8:00, 9:30, and 11:00 am. Nursery and childcare is offered for all ages.
Maundy Thursday Service
On Thursday, April 2, you are invited to join us for a Maundy Thursday Service at 6:00 pm in the Baker Center. We plan to gather around round tables for a special time of communion.
The word “maundy” is an abbreviated form of the Latin word “mandatum,” which means command, or mandate. When Jesus was sharing the Last Supper with His disciples He told them, “A new command I give you: love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.” (John 13:34) We celebrate Maundy Thursday to remember the Last Supper, to reflect on the sacrifice of Jesus, and to meditate on this commandment to love and serve others.
Good Friday Online Service
On Friday, April 3, we will have a special online service that you can watch at your convenience. The 30 minute program will consist of Scripture, music and a short meditation. We will offer this service on YouTube, our channels on Apple TV and Roku, and right here: Watch on The Hub
