PRIMETIMERS

The Senior Adult Ministry program at King Street Church, known as The PrimeTimers, is a vital part of our church with new and expanding opportunities for involvement. This growing ministry provides Christ-centered activities addressing the spiritual, social, physical and educational needs of men and women in the “second half of life.” However, anyone twenty one years of age is welcome to participate. This rapidly growing segment of our church family includes retirees, grandparents, people with adult children, couples, singles and widow/widowers, all of whom desire to be productive servants of Christ. The PrimeTimers Senior Adult Ministry program includes luncheons, dinners, socials and trips— providing a variety of outlets for Christian fellowship.

TESTIMONIES

“The PrimeTimer organization has been a wonderful ministry for our church. For Joyce and me, as for others over the age of 50 years old, it has been a group for getting acquainted with others. The activities are all well planned for fun, fellowship, and friendship – and very informative.” ~Clint

“Fun trips and good fellowship; I get to do things I didn’t know about and learn new things.” ~Pat

“I’m able to travel and have fellowship with other Christians, and make new friends.” ~Ethel
