WORSHIP AT KING STREET CHURCH
Connecting with God through worship and prayer is vital to your relationship with God and one of the core values at King Street Church. Each week you are invited to nurture your relationship with God through connecting with God and others at one of our four different Sunday worship services. Read below for a description of each worship service gathering.
8:00 a.m. in the Sanctuary
A traditional style of worship embracing the rich heritage of our faith through preaching from God’s Word, congregational readings, prayers, scripture, singing of classic hymns and songs, as well as fresh new anthems led by the King Street Choir. A Moeller Pipe organ, grand piano, and orchestra accompany the music and singing.
9:30 a.m. in the Sanctuary and the Baker Center:
- Baker Center: A modern worship service featuring preaching from God’s word, passionate contemporary worship songs led by the worship band, a comfortable setting and a visually stimulating stage environment. This service is located in the gym at King Street Church.
- Sanctuary: A modern worship service featuring preaching of God’s word, passionate contemporary worship songs led by the worship band, and a comfortable/laid back feel in a traditional worship space.
11:00 a.m. in the Sanctuary and the Baker Center:
- Sanctuary: A blend of our traditional and contemporary services featuring preaching from God’s word, the singing of Hymns and contemporary worship songs led by the choir and worship band.
- Baker Center: Our newest worship service features passionate contemporary worship songs led by the worship band, preaching from God’s word, a comfortable setting and a visually stimulating stage environment. This service is located in the gym at King Street Church.
Celebrate Recovery: Mondays at 6:30 p.m. in the Student Ministry Center
Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered, 12 step recovery program for anyone struggling with hurt, pain or addiction of any kind. We all have hurts, hang-ups and habits. Our symptoms may differ, but we are all in need of healing. Celebrate Recovery is a safe place, where people feel free to seek authentic healing and confidentiality is highly valued.
We encourage you to attend services in person, and actively engage in worship. But if you are out-of-town, sick, or otherwise unable to attend, you can watch our services LIVE every Sunday morning. Click here!
