The Street exists to engage and bless the students and their families in our community with the Gospel!
The Street Student Ministry exists to engage and bless students and their families in our community with the Gospel. We do this by helping students (grades 6-12) connect with Christ and each other, grow in Christ, and serve and share Christ. The students meet regularly and enjoy special events together. In the summer, they put their faith in action through serving in local, domestic, and international missions projects.
SUNDAY: GPS (Sunday School)
9:30 am and 11:00 am: All classes begin in the Student Ministry Center for refreshments and announcements, and are dismissed to their individual meeting rooms: Middle School (grades 6-8) meet in M16. High School (grades 9-12) meet in B2.
We offer a variety of resources to help you in your journey with your student, and a monthly email that lets you know what your child is learning, and what events are coming up.
WEDNESDAY: Street Meeting
7:00-8:30 pm: These are high energy and engaging meetings. Doors open at 6:45 pm for snacks and hanging out with friends. A typical evening includes: games, worship, a message from God’s Word, and breaking off for a small group discussion (separated by grade and gender). Middle School meets in M16. High School meets in B2.
We add in a variety of events all the time, but here are some of our annual classics:
- Night ‘O Peeps (Easter Party)
- Summer Sneak (Annual Student Beach Retreat)
- Chambersburg Project (Local Missions Project)
- High School Missions Trip
- Fall Kick-Off Party
- All-Nighter Event
- Christmas Party
- Winter Slam Retreat (Annual Winter Retreat with Winter Sports)
Road Crew: ADULT LEADERS
