Prayer at 4:12

Every day at 4:12PM, from March 17th to April 30th, 2020, we prayed together through the time of COVID-19. But in a time of isolation & physical distancing, we do not have to be distant socially & relationally as the Body of Christ. This was Pastor Jody’s idea, and it is inspired by Easter being on April 12th, 2020, or 4/12, and by Acts 4:12, “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.”  We must be vigilant to point people to Jesus during this difficult season.

A different staff member, Elder, or Board of Administration member lead our time in prayer each day.

On April 29th, our Pastor of Contemporary Worship, Nathan Hann, & our Director of Restoration & Recovery, Adam Keath, hosted a Facebook Live video for our 4:12 prayer time. Posted below is that 20-minute video.

On April 22nd, our Business Manager, Dan Gehris,
wrote A Prayer to Our God Who is Always With Us for our 4:12 prayer time.

On Resurrection Sunday, April 12th, some members of our local Body of Christ
participated in our 4:12 worship time. You can find that video here.

On April 8th, our Communications Coordinator, Susanna Allen,
wrote Living Hope for our 4:12 prayer time.

On March 25th, our Business Manager, Dan Gehris,
wrote A Prayer of Thanksgiving to Our God of Strength, Hope & Encouragement for our 4:12 prayer time.
