These questions are an invitation to experience your life with God. Use them on your own or in community as you seek to follow Jesus. 

1. Who is someone in your life that you look up to as a wise advisor?  What can you learn from their spiritual and relational example?
2. What is a practical way that you can seek to acquire more of the spiritual, godly wisdom that James describes?
3. Do you tend toward being a peace-maker or a peace-keeper?  Why does God value the hard work of peace-making so much?  Reflect also on Matthew 5:9.
