1.  What have you carried into the new year that you wish that you could JUST GET RID OF?  Which of those things are keeping your relationship with God from flourishing?
2. Who can be a partner with you to help you, keep you accountable, and ultimately give you success in dealing with the temptations that you struggle with?
3. What do you do to celebrate the victories and the growth that God gives you along the journey?  You have to celebrate the wins to keep on going!
