1.  What does it mean to have a “pure heart,” and how do our motives reveal whether our hearts are truly centered on God or on ourselves?
2. How would you describe the difference between peacekeeping (trying to avoid conflict) and peacemaking (actively pursuing reconciliation), and why do you think Jesus calls us to the harder one?
3. Where in your life—whether at school, work, home, or with friends—might God be inviting you to take a step from simply keeping the peace to making peace, even if it costs you something?
