Order deadline: Monday, December 12

One of our cherished traditions here at King Street Church is to dedicate a Christmas poinsettia in honor of or in memory of a loved one. Beginning November 20, you can pick up a form in the lobby, sign up at the church office at 56 N. Second Street, or order and pay online here. The cost is $10 for a 6-inch plant. You may take your poinsettia after the Christmas Eve service or pick up in the Baker Lobby on Tuesday, December 27.  Booklets listing all of the dedications will be made available in the lobbies and online (through the Digital Worship Folder on The Hub) on December 25.

Wednesday, December 7

Once again “The Street” Student Ministry is hosting their epic annual Christmas party.  Students in grades 6-12, grab your ugliest Christmas sweater and come for our party from 7:00 – 8:30 pm. Doors open at 6:45 pm. We’ll have food, games, worship, a time of sharing from God’s Word, and of course — a PRIZE for the ugliest sweater.  There is no cost and no sign-up; we hope you’ll invite your friends for a really good time.

Sunday, December 11

Join us for a musical celebration on Sunday, December 11, at 6:00 pm in the Sanctuary and online. Christmas carols and special music ensembles will be featured. In the midst of all the holiday plans, take time to focus on the real meaning of the season as we celebrate the birth of Emmanuel, God with Us!

Saturday, December 24

Christmas Eve services will be held at 3:00, 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. in both the Sanctuary and the Baker Center. The style of service differs by location— traditional in the Sanctuary and contemporary in the Baker Center.  ALL services will feature the lighting of the Christmas candles and a message from Pastor Jody Bowser. This is a beautiful service every year and we hope you’ll make it part of your family celebrations.

Childcare is offered for ages 3 and under at 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. Click here to register for child care.
